Mystery #3Tier 1sleeping in space

How does an astronaut go to sleep when there is no bed to lie down on?

There are no beds on a space station, and no floor to stand one on. If an astronaut simply shut their eyes in the middle of the cabin, they would drift slowly around all night like a stray balloon, bumping softly into walls and switches. Bedtime clearly needs a different plan up there. So how does an astronaut go to sleep when there is no bed to lie down on?
