Why does a little clownfish make its home inside a deadly stinging anemone?

A sea anemone looks like a soft, waving flower, but its arms are loaded with tiny stingers that can stun small fish and see off most others that touch them. Yet the little clownfish snuggles right in, happy and safe among those poison tentacles. How does it get away with it?
