Mystery #3Tier 3relativity and time

How could a twin who flies to the stars return younger than the twin who stayed home?

Imagine two twins. One boards a starship and flies to a distant star and back; the other stays cosily at home. When the traveller lands, they find their stay-at-home twin has aged far more, grown grey while they stayed young. How can a single journey leave one twin younger than the other?
